This store and website are operated by 3Plus Supplies (ABN 96 678 840 607), Shop 5, 11 Pinter Drive, Southport QLD 4215, Australia. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to 3Plus Supplies. We offer this website, including all information, tools, content and products available from it, to you the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of the terms, conditions and policies stated here.

By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including the additional terms and policies referenced here or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers and contributors of content.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

1. Online store terms

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or territory of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependants to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including copyright laws). A breach of any of these Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Service.

2. Our products

We have made every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any colour or finish will be accurate. Brushed stainless steel finishes in particular can appear differently under different lighting and on different displays.

All product descriptions and prices are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and to limit the quantities of any product we offer.

Product specifications, WELS ratings and WaterMark certification details published on this site are provided in good faith and to the best of our knowledge. Installation of tapware in Australia must be carried out by a licensed plumber in accordance with AS/NZS 3500. We are not responsible for damage or loss resulting from incorrect installation.

3. Orders

When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance, and we must receive and process your payment before an order is accepted.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as we may not be able to action cancellation requests once an order has been accepted. If we decline, change or cancel an order, we will attempt to contact you using the email address or phone number provided at the time of the order.

Your purchases are subject to return or exchange only in accordance with our Refund Policy.

You confirm that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

4. Prices and billing

All prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST. Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time you place your order, as set out in your order confirmation email.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store, and to promptly update your account and payment details so that we can complete your transaction and contact you as needed.

5. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times shown on this site are estimates provided by our carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or by events outside our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you once the goods are handed to the carrier. Full details are set out in our Shipping Policy.

6. Warranty

Our products are covered by a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal domestic use. It does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, abrasive cleaners, water quality issues, or normal wear of consumable parts.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, those rights.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, product photography, graphics and design, is owned by 3Plus Supplies or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property law. You may use this site for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or republish any material from this site without our prior written consent.

8. Third-party links and tools

This site may contain links to, or embedded features from, third-party websites. We do not review or control the content of those sites and are not responsible for them. Any use of optional third-party tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk.

9. Relationship with Shopify

Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Service to you. Any sales and purchases you make are made directly with 3Plus Supplies. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sale between you and us, including any injury, damage or loss arising from products purchased.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the replacement of the product or the resupply of an equivalent product, or the cost of doing so.

15. Governing law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements under which we provide you Services are governed by the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia. You and 3Plus Supplies submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
