Shipping policy

Flat rate shipping Australia-wide

Shipping is a flat $24.99 AUD on every order, to every address in Australia. There is no minimum spend and no surcharge for regional or remote areas — the rate is the same across the country.

Where your order ships from

We hold our own stock at our warehouse on the Gold Coast, Queensland. Nothing is drop-shipped from overseas, so what you see in stock is what we can send.

Dispatch and delivery times

Orders are packed and dispatched within 3 business days. Once your parcel is lodged with Australia Post you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Typical Australia Post Parcel Post transit times from the Gold Coast:

• QLD and northern NSW: 2-4 business days
• Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Adelaide: 3-6 business days
• Perth, Darwin, Tasmania and regional areas: 5-10 business days

These are Australia Post estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen during peak periods or severe weather, and they are outside our control.

Tracking your order

Every order is sent with tracking. If your tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, email us at max@3plus.construction with your order number and we will chase it with Australia Post.

Wrong address or missed delivery

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or nobody collected it from the post office, we can resend it once you cover the return postage.

Damaged in transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, take a photo of the box and the item before unpacking any further and email us the same day. We will replace it at no cost to you.
